By using FarePrice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FarePrice is a price comparison tool that displays ride pricing from third-party providers such as Uber, Lyft, and Curb. FarePrice does not provide transportation services. All rides are provided by third-party companies, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of those rides.
While we strive to display accurate pricing, ride prices are dynamic and may change between the time you view them and the time you book. The final price is always determined by the ride-share provider. FarePrice is not responsible for pricing discrepancies.
Certain features require you to connect your existing ride-share accounts. By connecting an account, you confirm you are the authorized holder and grant FarePrice permission to retrieve pricing information on your behalf. You may disconnect any account at any time through the app's Settings.
FarePrice offers optional paid subscriptions with additional features, billed through Google Play. Subscriptions are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store settings.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, bypass usage limits or security measures, use automated tools to access the Service, or commercially exploit data obtained through the Service.
FarePrice and its associated content are our intellectual property. Uber, Lyft, Curb, and other provider names are trademarks of their respective owners. FarePrice is not affiliated with any ride-share provider.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarePrice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues with rides booked through third-party providers, pricing inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
